How to engage EU citizens to "MAKE" in diverse European contexts & communities for an innovative future?
VULCA relies on a Network of Fablabs to allow Makers to travel abroad and conduct a project.
The program is bidirectional: it can be a Maker who goes and teaches in a fablab or just a Maker who will learn something from the fablab
VULCA has three missions:
- To facilitate MAKING
- To allow the traveller to TRAIN and INCREASE its COMPETENCES
- To enable both the sending and receiving community to gain and GROW FROM THE EXCHANGE
